I just spent a long time explaining some problems I'm having disassembling a Columbian Machinist vise. The internet must have eaten my copy and photos. I'll try again later.

If you are dong long explanations, do the text in Word or other word processor, and copy paste it. (less risk..)

I always type and format my long posts in a word processor (MS Word), including the image links, etc., then copy and paste into the message box here.
Makes typos easier to avoid, and I can read and edit it for content and intent prior to posting.
