Columbian D45 M3 replacement vise jaw pads

I just picked on of these up from an estate sale, and one of the jaw pads is broken and half gone. Screws are rough, but I was able to get them out. Any of you guys know where I can find replacement pads and screws that fit, and don't cost an arm and a leg? I didn't think it would be hard to find them, but I'm not finding any concrete evidence that the ones google is bringing up are the proper ones for it. Figured if anybody knew, it would be the vise gurus on here.

I would send Autopts (member here) a PM to see if he has something that will work. I know he's been adding jaws for a few Columbian models as he gets to them. You can check eBay (I just did) and might get lucky...
