I am looking for any information on Columbian No. 64 vise. I have one and am going to attempt to bring it back to life. Casting is marked "Columbian Cleveland No-64 4 1/8" and the vise nut is marked "4 1/8". There are no other markings that I see (yet). Vise jaws need lots of work/replacement, screw and nut are nice and tight and work well. Complete disassembly found no other major issues so I will clean, remove rust and try to fix jaws then paint and put to use. I have no idea on age. Any information on this model would be appreciated.

Other images now attached, I was making my image size too large to post but know now what to do. Appreciate the patience with a newbie to this type of stuff. I should have put in first post that the vise weighs 55 lbs, pretty good for a 4 1/8" jaw I thought. I added some close up views of the jaws-note the differences between the two. Looks like the dynamic jaw was heavily "modified". Dynamic jaw slides well with no real play in it. Vise nut shown partially removed. There is a raised circle on the opposite side of body casting as the other name & model #. No other markings anywhere. Will do a little cleaning and see what i find.

I know a little about Columbian vises, I have learned a lot from this forum. I own a 604 1/2. All the Columbians that I have seen have a cylinder shaped knob on the end of the screw, this one is round like my Craftsman/Rock island and a lot of others. Also I believe somewhere in the mid 20s they went to a T-style jaw held on with pins. And around that time they went to the Columbian Hardware and Vise Company. There is a long ongoing thread on this forum " Vises of the garage journal" that could probably help better
