I'd say late 50's to early 60's...it's cool, but pretty common and a light duty vise...

I'd clean it up/restore and put to use. I've got 3 1/2 jaw Craftsman that I haul around detached so I can bolt to WorkMate as need arises. Been pretty handy to have vise when needed by drilling couple holes in 2x4 and clamping in the WorkMate.
