Columbian vise jaw inserts???

I know there are tons of vise threads here a D I've spent hours looking. Still haven't seen any for replacing the T slot jaw inserts?
I have a columbian 605 M2 bench vise. It's a swivel base vise and opens to almost 9". The jaws are worn and are not hardened. Maybe they were originally just case hardened? Anyway I like the hard jaws and serrstions on the jaws so I guess I need new?
Any suppliers?

You used to be able to get Columbian part at vise parts.com, but the site has been closed for several months now. Not sure what's going on.
