I've got an old Columbian Woodworkers Vise Model 10 something (I'll look it back up when I get back to the shop) It has the piece that a wood or steel handle goes through, this is t-shaped and attaches the handle to the threaded rod. This piece is broken, anyone know of sources for replacement parts.

Woudn't mind suggestion on restoration procedures if anyone is knowledgeable on the subject

One source is a donor vise. Another source is the vise parts swap thread here on GJ. A third source is plumbing pipe. If you find plumbing pipe in a diameter that fits the screw post, you can get a tee and three union male pieces. Screw the male unions in place and cut them to fit. I am doing a similar repair on a ww vise I have.

I asked a similar question awhile back and couldn't find parts for one of my vises; I eventually made them; here's the post:

I suspect your vise is more like the picture I posted in post #1217 on this page:

Making that piece to look original would be more of a trick. Finding a pipe fitting that would work would be easier; I'd look at tubing instead of pipe, though. There are high strength weld fittings that would probably be easy to adapt.

Here's a link to pipe fittings that may work:

I've ordered a lot of fittings from them, they're a good company to work with.
