I would rate the wrenches as average

I wouldn't call them junk but I would call them short; especially that 18mm.

Masterforce is Menards brand and carries lifetime warranty,
Allen is a brand similar to Craftsman and also sold at Menards.

Both are Danaher-made, if I'm not mistaken.

Weekend warrior or home owner quality. If I had them I would keep them around to cut, bend, or hammer on as the need arises.
