I have done a search but no results.

I like the look of Vinyl tile in garages but wonder if it will hold up , commercial tile that is.

I have a working garage and will park cars in winter time with road salt and grime dropping on it.
I know you can replace any tile that get beyond repair and that's one of my concerns as then I can repair only wants bad.

Who has any experience with this type of garage floor.

I had VCT on the garage floor in the garage at the house I just sold. I didn't install it. The garage was converted into a room by the previous owners and I converted it back into a garage.

I found that, over time, many of the tiles came up. Anywhere that oil, ATF, or water sat on the tiles they came up over time. Spots where the tires regularly rested came up over time. The worst was that anywhere I used a jackstand under a car, the tiles came loose the same day.

The absolute worst part was that the tiles were slick when they were wet. I slipped several times over the years on wet spots on the floor. I came running into the garage once after throwing a blanket over a car in the driveway during a bad hailstorm. I couldn't stop on the wet tiles, and slid into my engine hoist. The engine hoist won... :(

Sounds like they were poorly installed. I have yet to have one come up.
