compact and thin 3/8 ratchet

looking for a 3/8 ratchet with a really small and thin head. really interested in this harbor freight double flex thing http://www.harborfreight.com/14-and-38-drive-x-14-38-double-head-flex-ratchet-wrench-67994.html. i know wright, sk and snap on have 3/8 ratchets that are in 1/4 inch bodies. the head looks much thinner on the HF. any input on the quality of the HF?

Garbage Freight ratchets of the PRO line have gotten pretty good for the money.

Look at a proto 5248s its a 3/8 in 1/4 body with there thin pear head
