I have a number of COMPACT battery operated towel dispensers that I received used from a customer of mine that I deal with in my day job. They have all been tested and confirmed to be in working condition.
I do not have keys, but they are easily accessed via a couple skinny screw drivers or you can find a key on ebay.
I have some rolls of brown roll towels if you would like something thrown in as well to help get you going.
These can NOT be adjusted for length, delay, etc like the other one that I had listed on here. These will only spit out a 9 or 10 inch length sheet and will keep spitting it out every time you rip one off.
Obviously these are used and have some cosmetic issues with the covers (scratches etc). Some are nicer than others though, it's just the luck of the draw with what you'll get. I would recommend if you're super picky to simply sand the cover down with some fine grit sand paper and it it with a coating of black krylon. It will look like new.
