Even if you ignore the warranty info, the availability and pricing of Craftsman and Gearwrench tools allow one to amass a varied tool assortment relatively cheaply.

An example - certain Craftsman wire strippers are several dollars cheaper than the same Klein-branded ones available elsewhere. The Extech multimeter that I bought for $40 goes for $20-30 on sale with the Craftsman label.

I bought a Bosch router set that was rebranded as Craftsman. The only difference is that the Cman version does not accept any dust collection accessories. I picked it up on clearance, but the regular price was quite a bit cheaper than the Bosch version.

They're not Klein-made. Someone here educated me that they're Stride/Imperial tools.

Those are the Klein Kurve strippers. There were actually two Craftsman versions with large and small wire gauge ranges, but for some reason they discontinued the smaller gauge strippers.

The double-dipped grip on these and the Kleins are absolutely fantasticly soft and comfortable.
