Hey Skiff builder, quite a project.
One question tho (maybe I missed something?) that house you described as "slab on grade", what did you do to raise it off the slab? Looks to me like it had a 2x6 floor joist floor.

It was slab on grade. To lift it off it got 2x10 nailed around the walls about 2' up from floor. 3 sets holes cut in side walls just below 2x10. 3 I beams through the holes. 2 more beams underneath and perpendicular. 20 ton jacks and 6x6 cribbing to raise it off slab.
Build a 32'x 34' subfloor- 14" wood I joist with 2x4 flanges 16"o.c./ 3/4 t+g fir ply glued/nailed.

I'll post a thread on the whole lift/rebuild.

That's amazing to lift the entire house off the slab foundation and construct another floor system once the house is raised. I will look forward to see your postings on that effort.
