Composite Decking Floor in Hot Tub Room?

I am pouring a slab soon for my hot tub, which will eventually have a roof and walls, some chairs, arcade game, etc. A roughly 8-10 ft x 20 ft party room. I was thinking I could use composite decking as an easy low-no maintenance floor that won't get water damage. I would leave a small gap under the walls for drainage. Not worried about drafts here on the Gulf Coast, it rarely gets cold enough to bother me here. I will have an A/C unit. Am I crazy?

Is composite decking actually waterproof? Over the long term, would PVC decking be a better choice?

I used the word composite, maybe incorrectly. PVC is probably what I meant.

Sure. I’d raise the bottom plate off the slab by 1/4” and put in stainless steel wool or hardware/shop cloth folded over.

And maybe rain screen material as used behind stucco under the boards. And be able to take them up to power wash under if they get skunky.
