Good Morning. I have the opportunity to get just shy of 600 sq. ft. of composite decking and the price is great! Free if I haul it away. (The home owner doesn't like the grey color and it's been down less then six months). Has anyone used this type of product for their garage floor? Pro's, Con's and a picture or two if you've done it. Thanks.

I used some but just as a wall to floor moulding.

It will scuff up.. and it's not as strong as regular lumber.

Any idea what brand? It's like everything else, there's good, bad and ugly.

We had Choice Deck in gray for our old pool deck. It gets very hot in the sun but it was 13 years old, I'll reuse it for another deck close to the ground deck.

Correct Deck....UGLY. There was a manufacturing SNAFU which incorporated mold in the mixture. It returns EVERY year. The company has gone out of business (to avoid the lawsuits) so there's no chance of restitution.

Stay away from this garbage.

I have a composite deck and find that it generates static. So when you walk across it and grab a door knob or other person there is a static shock. I can also burn fiercely. I has some replaced and it was sett near the burn pile and it caught fire. I could not get it to go out.
