Howdy folks,
I recently acquired an old Snap On brand 1/4" ratchet. Part number M71. It was completely frozen at the time. I have since been able to completely disassemble and clean it. The sticky wicket is the compression spring that pushes the detent ball on the selector switch. It was destroyed by corrosion. I am guessing the replacement will be as simple as a 3/32 compression spring, but thought i would ask if anybody actually had the specs on the spring.
Cheers! G
