I'm putting in a sink and need to install shutoff valves.
I usually like to solder things but I'm open minded about the push-type fittings. I never liked compression fittings because of how hard it is to get the ferrules off and they gouge to pipe so you practically have to trim back to replace them.
I guess another option is solder on threaded bushings then use valves with pipe threads and Teflon tape.
What's your favorite?
