I need advice on what size compressor I need to do sanding, primering and final coating on cars.

Waterborne paints are looking real cool lately.

Teach me about 2 stage vs. single stage,

Tell me about HP.

Tell me about PSI and CFM loss from the compressor to the outlet due to length.
Tell me about diameter size for garage plumbing, copper, iron, PVC, aftermarket.

I need the most PSi and SCFM for 80 gall or more.

Talk to me about adding anothr tank.

I can find plenty of 80 gall. Who has more.

I need CFM to HVLP and gal. to sand continuous.

IIRC 5 hp seems to be (or was) the standard (18-20 cfm) for one man bodyshops.
