Compressor air from house to shop

I have a fairly large Ingersoll Rand compressor in my house garage. I built a detached garage and have two choices, purchase another compressor for the detached or run a line from the attached garage to the detached. My issue is both garages are heated but the line would go through freezing weather as low as -30c. Does anyone know if condensation will cause issues or go as far as freeze plug a line.

There have been a few threads around here on the subject. Search buried or underground and my username in advanced search and you will come up with a few.

How big of compressor?
What is the length of the underground?

Adding an aftercooler, water separator, particulate filter, and coalescing filter should prevent any moisture from accumulating in the underground.
