Compressor choice

I am deciding between two compressors the first being the Ingersoll Rand 2340L5 and the second being the Chicago Pneumatic RCP-561V. They are both two stage compressors with comparable prices. Does anyone have any experience with either? Or preferences for one over the other?

To compare them you might want to find out where each compressor's pump and motor are manufactured and possibly the company that makes each pump and motor.
