Compressor issues

I have a small craftsman, 15 gal compressor that's not doing well.
Issue 1) it is leaking oil from the motor at various spots. Issue 2) When it gets up to 95 - 100 psi, the motor locks up. I have to wait until there is about 20 psi then it'll start back up. Issue 3) it seems to have more condensation coming through the line, even though I drain it after I use it..

Is it worth rebuilding the motor? Or just put it on craigslist and save up for a new one?

Thanks
TJ

The "locking up" could be the thermal switch shutting the motor down due to overheating. Does the motor go silent or does it hum when it "locks up"?
There should be no oil in the motor. I'm assuming this is a beltless direct drive unit. If the pump has oil and its not an oilless pump than a seal has failed and oil is leaking into the motor. The oil loss in the pump could make the motor have to work harder to spin the pump causing it to overheat. Is there a red button on the back of the motor? Does the motor have any capacitors on it?

If it won't start with over 20psi in the tank it sounds like a failed unloader or check valve.

Pics, especially of where the oil is leaking from would help us narrow down your issues.

I realize this pic does not show the issue. I'll try to get a better pic this afternoon. ... Sorry.
Yes there is a red button on the motor, it is belt driven. The motor makes a humming noise until it pops my circuit breaker on my power strip. When it goes back down to 20 psi it starts back up. I don't notice any capacitors, but I'll look closer.

Try plugging it directly into a wall outlet not a power strip.
