Anyone have this issue where the motor loosens up, and lets too much slack in the belt? I don't use it too often, so it doesn't happen too often, but it has happened a few times. Just annoying. Anyone have an issue and find a fix? The motor is on a plate with slots, so no pivot or anything like you see on some things (e.g. benchtop mills).

Cut a piece of 2x4 and wedge between the compressor and motor, can even be hammer adjustable, thatl do it.

+1 hardened washers,or some nord-lock washers, proper torque bolts, loctite 262 the bolts, make sure no grease or oil between motor mount plate, put some loctite 680 between the motor mount and plate mount? Drill holes put some spring pins? Make and weld some draw bolts on?
