Hi all,

Bit of a long story but will try to keep it short.

I bought this awhile ago.

3hp, 3 phase, 15CFM, 150 litre.

Spent afew dollars getting it up to scratch.

Then wouldn't ya know it, i move house and now i no longer have 3 phase.
So i think, "no prob', i'll just swap electric motor & switch gear over"

This is my old 2.5hp, single phase, 15CFM, 50 litre.

All goes well with doing that.

Now i get to my issue.

The 3 phase switch was set at 125psi off & 110psi on. The single phase was set to 145psi off & 100psi on.

So what i'd like to know is how do i re-set the single phase switch to 125psi off & 110psi on? I don't need 145psi now that i've got the bigger tank.

Pic's of single phase switch i'd like to reset.

I've searched youtube and the 'net but can't find any usefull info'.

Any help with this will be very much appreciated.

I'm having painting withdrawl as i haven't had my compressor going for 'bout 2 months now lol.

Doesn't have 2 screws that all the other switchs seem to have. Just one bolt running down the centre of the spring.

Pic' of switch from top.

You may not have seperate cutin and cutout adjustments. Turn the screw that you have . If you have gone from a 3 hp to a 2.5 hp motor make sure that you are not exceeding the FLA, full load amps, rating of the motor. If the motor runs fine to 145psi then your good. If it exceeds the FLA then back off the pressure till it has cut off at FLA.
