Compressor Pump ID

So a friend of mine has a compressor his farther-in-law gave him and when he wired it up the pump does not work to well. So he wants to see if there is a rebuild kit available but he does not know what brand/model the pump is. Can GJ help?

The compressor does not look like a single bought unit, more of a unit someone built (FIL doesn't know, I think he bought it used). Sorry the second pic has the "play" icon; not sure how he got that in there while taking the picture).

That is a Brunner air compressor pump. I have a pdf file running around here somewhere.
