Compressor Pump ID

Searched the internet and am coming up empty on the manufacturer of this compressor pump. I think the orange color is not stock- I saw some blue and some yellow paint under the orange.

Only ID I see is Model: 32 and some casting numbers (shown on the head and jug).

Anyone have an idea as to the manufacturer of this pump?

Any insights appreciated-

This is a very old Kellogg.

Thanks Mac- that is what I was homing in on through further searching but could only find models like 321tv etc... and even those seem more advanced than this one.
