Compressor Regulator Question

Quick question. I am plumbing my garage for air. Can I mount a regulator vertically as opposed to horizontally? That is, the flow would go in the bottom and out the top. This is an inline regulator (no separator) from TP Tools. Plumbing it vertically would save me some space and eliminate a couple of 90 degree turns.

Thanks,
Kurt O.

Thanks. That's kind of what I had figured but it's good to get a second opinion.

Zrexxer is correct.

Regulators act like a big resistor or restriction in the line wasting power. Use a regulator only for things that need them like painting etc. Usually a regulator can best be used plugged into a specific outlet when needed.
