A few years ago my father-in-law gifted me a small pull around type of compressor. It's a Campbell Hausfeld MT50 0102 Power Pal 3/4 air compressor. I do use it, but only about 10-15 times a year. It has developed an air leak along the bottom seam of the air tank. It has been repaired once by welding it, but now that the leak is back I'm leaning towards getting rid of it. I can't tell if the interior of the tank is rusting out. What are your thoughts?

If its already been patched up and failed again junk it.

Buy a broken compressor off CL and put your motor and pump on its tank.

Sent via carrier pigeon.
