Having issues viewing some of the pictures being posted here on GJ. Shows up as a red X. I right click and hit "show pictures" but nothing happens. Other pics come up fine. Anyone have any ideas? Some good stuff here I'd like to view on lunch hour. Thanks

What browser? IE or Firefox? Both have a way to turn off image loading. Dig around in the settings to see if that is your problem. If you are at work, they may be blocking the images with web filtering software.
Edit - you can also control the display of images in your user options under the User CP link at the top of the page.

I've tried both IE and Firefox. Checked the settings and all looks ok unless I missed something. Neither will work. You might be right about some of the protection the company may be using. I can view everything fine at home.

If you're on a work computer, some of them block picture/video hosting websites to cut down on band width usage (and possible viruses).

I have this problem on another site I visit where some pictures do not show up. If I put in or take out the www, then they show up. I think it has to do with the person posting the pictures as to which url they are logged in.
