Concealed face mount bracket size?

I'm trying to determine what face mounted bracket i will need to use in order to attach my glulams in between two posts. I think i have added an image that has the sizes of the beams. There are two different sizes and the biggest is 24" tall to span 24'. I don't even know if they have brackets that can support it or not or should i just add an additional post next to the existing posts and just set the beam on top? Any help would be great.

The other attachment shows the framing layout. The dark squares are posts, you can see i eliminated one on the bottom, that's the reason for the big lvl
