Concealed floor anchors

I've been searching for a MFG of concealed floor anchors. The type that I can install during the pour. The only one that I have been able to find is the Buske 525. At $75 a pop though I thinking that I'll make my own. Does anybody have any ideas where else I could get somethin' simular?

Towards the back of the shop at my Dad's where we knew work benches were going to go and, at the center of each drive in bay we installed Re bar in the floor during the pour.
It was about 2 feet long an shaped like a U. During the pour we inverted and set them so about 3 inches were above the concrete. Have used a come along to winch a wounded car in over the threshold several times, no issues.

These are used an anchor point for pulling frames, etc. Just an extra pulling point if you need to do some heavy work.

You used to see these alot in body shops until the advent of the modular frame jigs.

Ayuh,.......

What you're looking for can be fabbed up with a few pieces of Pipe,+ a lenght of Chain for each Hole......
Attach the Chain to the Rebar, Set a piece of larger Pipe in the Concrete, Attach the other end of the Chain to a slightly smaller piece of Pipe with a flat cap welded to the Top.........
The smaller piece of Pipe will drop into the larger piece when not in use, so you'll have a Flat Floor,....
And,...
When you want to use them,.... Pry the smaller Pipe out of the Larger piece,+ attach to the Chain,+ Pull Away......
