concrete an form

I understand the splashboard is the form for my floor in my Morton building. I'm on 9vacation foot centers. Have there 2x8 plus my 2x6 butted tight under theres. I have 2 inch foamboard on inside of that. Now I am back filling on outside. Question is do I need to stake the boards or is it going to be strong enough being tied into metal on building itself

I plan to not brace mine just rely on compacted backfill on outside to keep them stable.

Tginkng the same way. Will only have 2 inches of board in the dirt before the metal starts on outside. I do have a 2x6 butted to the bottom of there splashboard though
