I have five concrete PD58 wej-it anchor bolts in the concrete that will not seat below the concrete surface or near the top. They will tighten up but not until they are out of the concrete by maybe 1/2 inch. These are for a two pole car hoist lift. I wanted to epoxy them in to stop the spinning but I can't get them out. And I can't push them down. The thought was to put new ones in with epoxy after pounding these down. My only choice that I can see is to drill five new holes, keeping the old holes 6" apart. That means moving back or forward the proper distance. Otherwise to keep the same 120" distances that I have now. I would have to move sideways and drill 10 holes. Five for the other side which is perfect now.
Looking for help on:
moving the posts closer or farther away.
expoxing the current ones in.
anything else that might make sense.
