Concrete breaking Dexpan

Have to plug this stuff, Dexpan...Break concrete by expanding cement

Had a vertical wall 4 feet high, 21 long 14" thick, Did not want to pay someone or rent a large compressor and jack hammer. Tried this stuff, works great. What ever concrete, horizontal or vertical, you drill 1 1/2" holes every 1ft along the crete and fill with Dexpan, wait 24 hours and the concrete mass is broken. Might sound like a great ordeal to drill all the holes but it only took me about 4 hours to drill the holes. Upon first using Dexpan, I thought it was a scam, as after 12 hours there was no cement breakage, next morning the wall was cracked into manageable 1 foot chunks. Had some rebar, which I still was able to get at to cut, by using a crowbar.
To have someone break it it would have been $1500.00, to rent a compressor for a weekend, likely $1000.00.
Cost about $125.00 for the Dexpam delivered, I purchased a hammer drill with some of the cost savings; could have rented for about $80.00 but I wanted a new toy. Great product

ive heard nothing but good things about the stuff. I was going to use it to break up a slab, but ended up leaving it.

I use it often when in a delicate area when too much oppertunity for an oopus with the large equipment.
We call it Chinese dynamite, works well.
