Home inspection is calling for concrete cracks to be sealed. I did some looking around but still not sure what to use. The cracks are pretty small and same basic plane.

Help me get this house sold please!!!

If the goal is simply to seal the cracks to prevent water intrusion, you could route them out with a crack chaser bit and apply a polyurethane sealant such as NP-1 or Sika 1A. They are available in a color named Limestone, which provides a decent color match. The repairs will still be quite obvious and won't really improve the appearance of the concrete but could help extend it's lifespan.

There are other methods that would do more to actually repair the cracks and make them less obvious. It just depends how much time and money you want to spend on a house you are selling.

LL’s idea is good to keep water out. If you’re just trying to sell the place, get some cementitous parching compound. Mix it fairly dry, force the mix into the crack with a trowel, rod it off with a tile sponge trowel, and sweep it clean when dry.

Wow. Those are a danger to the community. Sounds like the inspector didn't find much inside.

If find the cheapest crack filler Home Depot sold.
