Is there a maximum time frame between etching the concrete and applying the epoxy coating if the floor is kept clean. What i'm asking is would i have to prep the floor again if waiting too long to apply the coating.

Thanks

There's no time limit on applying a coating after etching provided you don't wait so long that the concrete becomes contaminated by dirt or oil. Just make sure you have neutralized the acid and it has dried fully after etching before coating it.

So neutralizing with baking soda is recommended ...seems some info i have seen says to triple rinse and says nothing about baking soda.

Use whatever the manufacturer if the erch recommends. After etching you should see and feel a rougher texture and water should be readily absorbed.
