Good morning Guy's and Gal's,Can anyone give me a good guess of what it would cost to have a 24X24 foot garage floor poured 6" thick with floor drain?
Have just built a two story poll barn here in kentucky.Have already formed
the floor and graded it.Im kind of in bad health and 68 years old so I would
not be of much help doing the work. Thanks so much for your time.

In Ct, retail for concrete is roughly $100-$110 a yard for 3500 psi with fiber mesh, installed. This does not include sitework.

In Ohio last year, it was 90/yd delivered.

As for labor, I forget the rule of thumb. Is it usually equal to material cost, or double?

figure how many yards of crete needed, take the cost of crete and double is a very close estimate. Provided you don't have much site work ie. 10 hrs of tractor work.

Anywhere from $5 to $12 or more a sq/ft - you have to get some bids because prices vary by region and site requirements.
