I would like to ask for some suggestions on a concrete garage floor top coat for leveling.
I had a previous post about an epoxy job gone terribly wrong on my garage floor and fuming. I had to rip out the epoxy and leveling compound used via diamond grinding. I am at the point where the slab is bare but has the same settling at the perimeter (along walls) and 2 "bird bath" low points. My hope is to fix these but I also want to seal my slab because I still am finding a bit fuming. So I am wondering if I should be using a product like the Mapei Concrete Renew top coat and a light epoxy cover or a one coat solution or something completely else.
At this point, my goal is to just have the thing level and sealed. I hate to say this, but aesthetic is currently the lower priority but that said, I don't want some ugly patch work floor (I'd rather rip it out).
Suggestions on products would be great too. This is for my garage floor so something with car traffic and for home (non-toxic) use would be the goal.
