Concrete Floor - paint or ??

I want to finish the garage floor with something other than paint but on the rare occasion I get water seepage near the walls. On the existing floor I just quick mop it with there being so little. For the moment I am considering painting which should not be bothered by moisture but eventually I want to put something down which could/would not be affected by this minute amount of water. Any thoughts would be welcomed.

Usually I just paint. This is my basement W/S, redone after 22 years, just desert sand floor paint from CTC.

If you have block walls seeping a bit you can use some of that DRY LOK to control it. If you hurry you might still find it in oil base.

The water seeps in where the foundation and slab join right along the wall. As I wrote not much but enough to ruin anything I may put down.
