Concrete floor plans

Hey guys. I’m in the final stages of planning my concrete for my 40x40 this year. I’ll post my plans here. Pretty simple. Trench drain, pads for two post lift, flat area for a future loft.
Any advice, changes, etc.

Not sure how much slab area you want to slope to your drain but you'll need a minimum of an 1/8" per foot (expect lots of bird baths) to 1/4" per foot (you'll likely still have a few). This can add up to quite a drop over 40'. I have drains in my garage where we park but not my shop where I work. Curious what your thoughts on the drain are.
