Hello, I'm Brian and I am looking to build a two story gambrel style barn that will measure 16' x 24'. I was quoted 3552.00 for a turn key job that included a 18" x 18" footing with a 4" slab. I found that a little high but I am not an expert so I would like some feedback on the pricing. Thanks..

That is freaking cheap!:headscrat:confused::shocking:

My concrete on a 24x30 was almost that and I did the labor.

After re-reading. Turn Key to me means building built and concreted.

Or is that just concrete?

Assuming its done well thats still a good price for concrete.

Welcome to the GJ from VA!
I think that price is 'about' right, depending on your location.
