Concrete for floor

What is the best concrete for a garage floor. 32Mpa without air if floor is heated or with air if the floor is not heated?

Is there anybody who can give me information on whether air entrainment in the concrete is necessary if the floor is to be heated.

Air entrained concrete is only needed if it will be subjected to freezing conditions. I have air entrained concrete in my garage but I use a hanging heater. I figured that if I want to turn the heat off in the future, the floor can take it. If your floor heat requires that the garage heat never be turned off, you can go without the air entrainment.
Air entrainment uses a chemical that causes microscopic air "bubbles" in the concrete. The air allows for freezing without fracturing.

A buddy told me that using air entrained concrete in a heated floor is NOT good. Is he full of s_ _t? I would think that it would be safer to use it in case the heat is turned off.

You would not want to build insulation into a radiator. The reason concrete is a nearly perfect radiator is its density, with a R-value of about 1 per foot, it makes a great radiant panel. Keep it that way if you can, and insulate where you don't want heat to travel.
