Concrete grinding question

Im converting my carport to a garage (previous garage converted to living space). Its a trowled finish just not very smooth. Its only a 2 car garage (400ish sqft). Im trying to figure what grinder to use to smooth it out. Diamabrush on a floor buffer, diamabrush on a grinder, or get the Home Depot Edco 10" grinder.

Suggestions? I can get a pic of the concrete if needed.

That looks like a rough broom finish. Your best bet would be the 10" Edco in this case. The Diamabrush on a hand grinder will work, but you would be replacing blades before you were finished.
