Photos were taken after spraying down the garage with water due to concrete dust residue. I tried to take photos of partial dry / partial wet so you can see the difference.
I just finished two days of concrete grinding using a diamond wheel attachment. I've been attempting to remove the old 1980s oily red paint that was on the floor. In the photos, hopefully you can see the little bits of splotchs leftover, I'm wondering if this is enough to do a pour (after acid etching) or if I need to hand grind each individual splotch?
My main concern is reducing flaking over time.
