I started out today to clean up the patio as the concrete has old patches of glue from what I am guessing astroturf. I used one of the dewalt wheels from lowes and I think it made it worse. I am using this wheel

and this is the aftermath. Can anybody give me some suggestions or anything that will pull this stuff up before I stain or paint the patio?

I'd try a diamabrush. I got mine from Legacy Industrial here on GJ Forum, I have the 7 inch and it's great.

10-4 the diamabrush.
You may want to consider a quality over-layment once ground.

The over-layment can be tinted, stained, sealed, etc....

I also used a 7 Inch Diamabrush this week-end to profile 800 Square Feet. It worked great and Home depot included it with the Grinder rental. Highly recommended.
