Had someone come out and do the grinding for Epoxy at our new house in Ohio, on the move day. 3 car 700 square feet was supposed to take 4 hours took 8 to get done because the concrete was so hard. The supervisor came out to check on the job because it was taking sooooo long and used a hardness tester on it that goes up to ththeh 13,000 to 15,000 psi range and it didn't even scratch it. Who ever did this pour must have had some kind of additive in the mix to make it harder I guess? Anyway, I pressure washed to get the dust out of the pores yesterday afternoon and will check to see if it's dry with a vapor test tonight. Once it's dry enough on to the Epoxy. I checked this morning and no powder using the hand wipe test to it's clean enough, and looks dry, but I'm sure it will still need some more dry time, maybe another day or 2.
