The guys poured a concrete floor on Tuesday 12/4 I went there today and discovered that there is a 1/2" hump in the middle. What is the best way to correct this problem? The room is 16x16 and it looks like the hump covers about a 4x4 area. Thanks!

If it's a reputable concrete company they should know how to fix it and it shouldn't cost you anything.

If not maybe someone with a good deal of experience could grind it down accurately for you. That will cost you though.

Cheers Shane

I have to believe if they were a reputable company, that wouldn't have happened in the first place. Who was it that said "the same people who create problems are rarely capable of solving them"?

Sometimes just taking the bull by the horns is the best approach. Ideally your contractor would have stepped up but I'm glad it worked out. Enjoy your new garage.
