I have 2100sf of 1 yr old floor that I want to use a penetrating sealer on. Also have a floor burnisher/buffer and would like to know what type of pad or cutter any of you may have used successfully for this purpose. Thanks, Mike

If it is free of any sealer, a good scrub with some simple green should do it.

If using a buffer (175-300 rpm) a white pad might help.

Just keep in mind.... Penetrating sealers do not generally leave a film on top of the floor. So use the least aggressive method possible to strip what is there or as Scotty has explained in the past you are going to have a floor that catches every piece of dirt and grime.
