I need to pour a new pad for my AC coil outside... I can figure the 3' x 3' x 4'' flat slab but I also dug straight down about 3 feet and about 10 inch circle to keep it from shifting with frost... How do I figure the 3' x 10'' column?
Yup, calculate the volume of the cube and add the volume of the cylinder. LxWxH for the cube (I know, stating the obvious......) and pi x r-squared x height for the volume of a cylinder.
cubic inches to cubic feet? LxWxH= 12x12x12=1728 cubic inches per cubic foot.
cubic feet to cubic yards? 3 feet per yard so 3x3x3= 27 cubic feet per cubic yard.
