Concrete question?

Just poured my slab (50 yards), had a real problem with the company getting trucks here on a timely basis. Ended up working into the night to finish it. I now have a few spots that are rough, any suggestions on a good "filler" or patch that will bond and not crumble as an engine stand goes over it? The pour is only three days old.

A little more info, I only need maybe up to a 1/4" in a few places, my concrete guy said to mix up some Portland with a little sand very wet and trowel it in, just am worried about how well that will stick. I do intend on painting this floor.

Don't waste your time with cement. Use the epoxy patch stuff. Way stronger bond than concrete will ever be. Might take several coats to fill up 1/4", but this stuff hardens in no time.

The only downside is you will have to wait to apply it (IIRC) since the floor needs to cure at least one month.
