Concrete repair before coating

I have an in ground scissor lift and want to round/clean up the edges of the concrete before coating. What would you recommend to patch the edges (thick and strong, so it doesn't run down the edges) before I use a diamond wheel to radius the edges so they don't ship again.

Hi, we offer a Crack Repair Epoxy Putty that is kind of like Bondo that you can use to fix concrete, but is harder than concrete, is designed to be epoxy coated. Once it cures overnight it can be ground and shaped if needed.
