Concrete Repair/Epoxy Flooring

I have recently started to prep my garage floor to hopefully apply an epoxy flooring. The floor had many layers of latex paint to begin with, after about 3 days of using paint stripper, scraping it, and powerwashing it, all of the paint has come off. Now I'm trying to deal with the cracks in the cement. The big cracks I repaired in the picture with Quikrete, the large triangular crack had an abscess under it that I filled with rocks and poured a thick mixture of concrete over. I'm having trouble filling the smaller cracks since they seem to go straight through the slab, and will not fill up with the premixed Quikrete I bought for smaller cracks. If anybody has any suggestions on how to repair the concrete or if I will be able to use an epoxy flooring I would appreciate[ it (I'm not very handy and this is my first project on my first house).

I forgot to mention that the crack at the end of the garage by the driveway is pretty uneven, and I have no idea how or with what to repair it with.

Check out my thread:

Your first picture looks great. The third one (with the corner of the wall) looks like it needs patching and grinding, last picture of the big crack needs some more filler material.

It will be a lot of work, but I recommend filling all the cracks. I didn't fill some hairline cracks b/c I thought the epoxy would cover over them. It didn't.

Basically, I recommend grinding the cracks as flat as you can, then patching with the Rustoleum Epoxy patch, then getting a large diameter cup disk and smoothing the whole area flat.

Good luck.

I have scraped a garage floor, albeit a small garage of 480 sq ft. of paint, something I vow to never do again!

You said their was an abscess under the floor, this could be the reason for so many cracks. Have you thought about having a mud jacking company come out and take a look to see if their are any major void under the floor allowing the floor to sink and crack? They will also be able to level out the floor somewhat eliminating some grinding to get the floor back level. Just my 2 cents.
